I downloaded some mp3 and text files recently, and somehow messed up in moving them elsewhere.

I have 7 ghosts on my desktop screen that I can not get rid of. Any attempt at deletion gives me the message that where I see them, they ain't! Yes they will show up on any file manager's desktop window. But they have zero substance! "0" kb in size.

Any one got a clue "wha hoppen?", or if there is a program that will exterminate them?
