It doesn't mean that, it's talking about loading a download manager, dl managers send thousands of hits to a site in minutes, people load all the links and go away for days and the whole site crawls

Just download anything the normal way and no problem.

And good thing you mentioned it, the server now "bans" such attempts because it thinks they are flood attacks, so we might as well remove that warning
