http://www.nonags.com/nonags/security.html securefile is about 1/3 down on the page.
I did not notice before, but I see now that Vista is not included; this could be the problem. I hate Vista. Practically nothing works totally like it should, time consuming.
There is no way I can see to open the program itself apart from Windows Explorer "context menu", but the program is opening automatically whenever I click on a folder, which, according to the program instructions, should be opening only when if I use the securefile option. However, all it shows is the form to setup a password, which form does not work anyway.
I tried some freeware Windows Explorer "context menu"editors, but most of them, have seemingly failed to install properly. The only one so far I gotten to install is "Context Menu Editor". It does not list securefile, either with securefile installed or uninstalled, but it lists something that begins with {a2a9545d-aOc2-42b4.... as "Not Found". I deleted this, but the problem continues.
Nexus seems to be working okay.
I may end up doing a full restore.

I don't know the program, but it sounds like a situation you run into with some programs that have to be in some manner isengaged or turned off before you uninstall them. Reinstall the app and see if you can undo settings in the program and then uninstall.t
