Hello.



Lately, I am unable to upload to my website files larger than about
200KB.  I am using the "Web manager tool" provided. JAVA is enabled and
I have no difficulty with smaller files.



In fact the data is being transmitted but at the end of the transmission
  the file is not there.



Also, I am no longer able to log using my FTP client, but that is not
important.



Any idea why?
