I am connected via satellite at 256Kbits/s uplink.  Is this too slow?

I've had this problem several times also. It left me shrugging my shoulders too. Best I could figure out? ...the server "times out" when receiving big files from a very slow internet connection. It's expecting the package to be delivered by a certain time, and my carrier is still using the Pony Express. :-)

I haven't noticed it being a problem when I'm hooked up to Cable?!
