For quickest response, I've always found that emailing NoNags is best (found in Contacts). Jim is very receptive to helping his members, though he gets busy sometimes, and doesn't always read the forums.

So you know, I can still download files just fine. I think it's a setting on your end, though I can't be sure exactly which one? I do know for a fact that you have to "enable" cookies, and I'm 99% certain you also have to "enable" scripting (JavaScript) to use the site.

Are you familiar with these terms? If you're using most common browsers (IE, etc.) you should be able to adjust them in your "Internet Options". You may not want to enable these features for every site you visit, so look for the "Trusted Sites" option (and of course, adding NoNags.com).
