I think I remember Ecco Pro.  And it looks like this website is updating the installers for Windows 7 and 64bit. They even appear to have updated it for syncing with Motion Apps Classic on WebOS.

One of the programs I use daily, and installed on the 64-bit system at work, was Ecco Pro. It's a Personal Info Manager that I use for everything. It was discontinued in 1997, and runs just fine.

Ecco Pro came in 16-bit and 32-bit versions -- thank goodness.
