Bob, I've had this on my things-to-do list, but have been pressed for time lately. Sorry for being so slow. I was really hoping someone more proficient would pick it up, but there appears to only be gawkers and "mad" Maxx on the board lately.

Is this problem still happening?

Maybe I'm reaching out into the dark, but I stlll think it's firewall related. When I looked at PC Tools' forum, I did see where this problem was occurring with the Beta 4 of their current version. When you double-checked (for the latest updates), are you sure you have the final release, and not 7.0 B4 ? If you're not using the "release version," it won't matter if your definition updates are current. It's been a long, long time since I tested their apps. Are you sure your safe zone settings are configured properly?
