you need a good graphics editor, and you just
create an empty picture, very large...
then open the pictures you want
copy each one and paste it into the empty picture, each one into a new layer
then select each layer manipulate it move ect into the spot you want
then once you have what you want
save it into a format that accepts layers (.pst) so you can open this backup anytime to edit
after you have this backup
flatten it (merge all layers)
save it into  jpeg high quality format (choose low compression) .jpg
put the file in a usb stick and away you go

takes a little training if you never used a graphics editor but it's not brain surgery.
