Thanks Robert, that answers the situation about multiple instances of explorer exe.. A lot of the post I looked at people kept confusing 'IE' for 'WE' and it has a mess going on out there.

After I posted I ran Belarc Advisor and it led me to what is a major virus problem. These people are living in my computer. I have it on the back burner and unplugged and off. When I do go at it I should get a hold of MS so they can see this mess and all that their 'tools' missed.

I was reading one part about having to deal with this without it's knowledge or it could set it off. So I don' t know if I should try something like 'Spybot' . When I get back to it I have to print out a list that Belarc or whatever they connected me to, shows all the registry keys, then a list showing the reg open to the bad stuff and a complete list and location for all the problem files. It came from some 'Cyber family?' software which I don't ever remember , so it's all there I just have to copy it and then try to deal with it once I understand it better.

I'll post back with an answer or looking for help!! To funny. Thanks Robert and may God's shield keep the mess of the world off you and yours.
