I think what you're looking for is actually a very expensive shareware program called LightShop. It costs about $100, and has a Photoshop plugin too. Personally, I wouldn't use it -- but if you Google for it, I think there's a "trial" version available. Can't remember the company's name though (I'm sure about the program name).

Instead, you might want to play with a couple apps from a very good Russian developer who calls himself VicMan. These are freeware -- but I don't know if they're listed here at NoNags. Pretty sure either one might work for you, but the first one is specifically geared for this type of photo editing.
