Loads just fine buddy -- on my PC, even on my phone.

Not sure why you can't pull it up. If it was just Windows you were having problems with, I'd guess it was either your "HOSTS" file (redirecting) or a firewall setting in your antivirus program. But since you can't pull it up in Linux either, it seems most likely that it's blocked by an outside source -- perhaps your Internet provider (ISP) ?? -- or if it's a work PC, maybe the IT dept. (network admin) blocked it for some reason ??

Are you, by chance, running Ubuntu from within Windows? If so, check your firewall rules and/or hosts file (which can be edited with Notepad).

This is interesting. Let us know more if you get a chance, okay.
