I also would like to give my sympathies on your loss.

I know first hand about heart attacks as I died in a ambulance a year and a half ago.  Was dead for 10 -15 minutes, while they administered CPR and tried to revive me, the third shock with the paddles did it and I an back.  It it wasn't for the top notch people at the Charlestown Ambulance Squad and South County Hospital I would be gone.

Was at home, doing nothing and had a pain in my legs and arms, nothing new for this 50 year old, but it started to get worse, wife was there and called 911.  Ambulance arrived took my vitals and the young lady turned white but remained calm and composed.  They load me into the Ambulance and she told the driver to go as fast as he possibly could.  Granted I am awake and alert the entire time holding on to the gurney while the tires squealed around every corner and the siren screamed, mean while she kept putting nitro glycerin under my tongue, until we arrive at the hospital, then everything went gray then black and next thing I knew it was 2 days later and I was in intensive care at Rhode Island Hospital with tubes coming out of every orifice and every vein on my body.  Come to find out I have a kinked artery behind the heart and it is inoperable so I am on medications for the rest of my life.

Hearts attacks can not be planned..
