This program will covert a number, specified with the input base, to the same number encoded as the specified output base. The range of bases is 2 to 36. This program handles fairly large numbers. For instance: If you have a Base 2 number, '10 0010', the Base 36 equivelant is 'Y'. This program also allows for input in, and formats output in groups of 4 digits seperated by spaces  
 
Note: Requires the Microsoft .NET installed.
