This is a small floating toolbar that is a useful replacement for the lost Quick Launch toolbar in explorer. It utilizes the caption icon interface of QuickDialer to minimize the amount of desktop space used. The toolbar supports snapping to the edge of the desktop, on the fly addition and deletion of items, as well as the option to temporarily compress the toolbar size to reclaim desktop space without exiting the program. There is also easy support for multiple toolbar settings. Don't worry about the large .zip size, the .exe is only 28K. Source code included.
