This is KLay - Keyboard Layout Keeper for multilingual instant messaging. When you talk over an instant messenger (IM)  
 
with different people in different languages at the same time, you normally have to switch the keyboard layout back and  
 
forth. KLay does that for you. Just install and chat away, like you always do, only without flipping the keyboard  
 
layout as you switch between conversation windows. AIM, MSN Messenger and ICQ are supported.
