MyIM is a FREE plugin for AOL Instant Messenger for Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP, allowing the user to customize AIM beyond its current features. Compatible with all versions, MyIM is the most updated AIM plugin available on the Internet. MyIM not only REMOVES ADVERTISEMENTS from your Buddy List, it also prevents them from even being downloaded! It also removes the Free AOL & Unlimited Internet icons that AOL products litter all over your comptuer. It boasts optional IM/Chat LOGGING, so you can automatically save all or some of your conversations in either AOL Rich Text Format or Plain Text. It will even log conversations of unlimited length. It also supports CLONING all versions of AIM. Now you can run multiple copies of AIM at once, signing on as many times as you wish. It includes TRANSPARENCY support under Windows 2000/XP. Totally CUSTOMIZE YOUR BUDDY LIST--the Menu Bar, Online/List Setup tabs, and each Toolbar is optional. MyIM is updated frequently, and it can automatically check for updates. It includes many more enhancements that will make your experience with AIM smoother. MyIM version 2 has been completely rewritten from scratch, and requires no runtime libraries because it is written in C.
