pHeAr Chat is a simple TCP/IP chat program. It's delivered with the standard chat client and the server. You can install the server on any computer with a LAN or internet connection. You specify the port used on the server for the chat, and all clients can connect to it by it's IP (or name) and port. It's ideal for private internet chatting
