Problem: How does a Network Admin enforce download restrictions (no unauthorized .exe or .mp3)?  
How can they track website browsing habits?  
How can they know who has been working on a particular file?  
How can they track users' login times and dates?  
How can they tell if a new directory has been created in a restricted location?  
Some people would say that to accomplish this with one free tool would be a pipe dream.  
No longer!  
 
Solution: With a fast and simple logon script that runs for each user, the directories on a user's machine  
are scanned, the filenames are recorded, and a small text file is sent to a network location for the administrator  
to compile into a series of reports. For servers, the script is modified not to interfere with current backup tape procedures,  
and can be scheduled to run and report at any interval.
