Pipit is a very simple utility to help with the creation of websites with static, mainly textual content.  
 
It takes your simple text 'source files', converts them into html for uploading to your webspace and automatically creates navigation links between them.  
 
As the entire output is plain html there are no special server requirements; all you need is FTP access to some webspace.  
 
Although Pipit builds a site from plain text files, those files can include HTML; just type in the tags as you go!
