Trout's GIF Optimizer creates smaller GIF files from existing GIFs.  
It will also convert other graphics to GIFs.  
To use it just Open Files (click the Open button or drag-and-drop) then Save.  
You can drag-and-drop multiple files to the GIF Optimizer for batch optimizing.
