(USBDLM) is a Small Windows service that gives control over the drive letter assingment for USB and FireWire drives.
By default Windows assigns the first free letter for a newly attached drive. Using USBDLM you can define a list of alternative drive letters.
It automatically solves conflicts between USB drives and network or subst drives of the currently logged on user.
Furthermore you can define new default letters for USB drives and much more.
