Wallpaper Cycler is an easy to use freeware program to get rid of that boring static wallpaper on your desktop. It allows you to easily manage all your wallpapers through the use of categories and cycle them with a specified delay or at specific times or both. Wallpaper Cycler includes an advanced random choice algorithm, can be started at Windows logon, can be configured to change the wallpaper once at Windows logon, and much more.
